Market tour and cooking classes in Milano

If you visiting Milan and you are passionate about food and Italian cuisine or you just moved to Milan and you want to learn how to cook some recipes of the Italian tradition, the meeting point is Via Scarlatti 21.

When? Every Tuesday and Saturday morning.
Our first aim will be selecting fresh ingredients from the open historical market in Via Benedetto Marcello, which will be needed during the recipe’s preparation.
Then, we will cook together in Via Doria 44 

I will explain some culinary techniques giving you tips to reproduce again these dishes in your kitchen.You will get to know and appreciate some classic recipes from Italy’s culinary tradition and you will learn the correct pairing of wine and food and how to choose the best dessert.We will spend together some very pleasant hours.
The group is usually made up of 8-10 people and the spoken language will be English, as there will be an interpreter as well. In order to give you an idea of the topics we will deal with, below you’ll find some examples of cooking classes.
